According to the FIR, Arif Masood Naqvi, who owns Wootton Cricket Limited, had "wrongly" transferred money to a bank account registered in the name of PTI. According to the complaint, there is an 'agreed transfer' to conceal the true nature, origin, place, movement and ownership of the transaction of funds.
According to the FIR, the leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party have violated the Foreign Exchange Act. They have been declared as beneficiaries of doubtful bank accounts. The FIR states that Arif Masood Naqvi is also facing trial for cheating investors in the UK and the US.
